　　In order to adapt to the diversified market demands, meet the ordering mode of small batch and many varieties, and ensure the continuous and stable manufacturing process, Hebi Yuxiang Mold Co., Ltd organizes the internal process audit every year to comprehensively evaluate and verify the production capacity and effectiveness from the aspects of people, machine, material, compliance and environment.

　　The company has more than 30 sets of key production equipment, including precision Mitsubishi low-speed wire cutting equipment, Suzhou Sanguang medium-speed wire cutting equipment, EDM, DMG MORI numerical control milling processing equipment, numerical control engraving machine, form grinding machine, abrasive polishing machine, laser marking machine, etc.

　　6S management and manufacturing equipment management plan are implemented on the site to ensure the quality control during the production process. Only operators after being trained and qualified are allowed to start work. A complete SOP and safety operation procedures, and product FMEA and product CP are prepared to ensure product quality, and also shorten the product delivery cycle.
