Covering an area of 59 mu and having a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, Hebi Yuxiang Mold Co., Ltd. plans to construct nine two-storey standardized light industry factory buildings, one quality inspection building and one comprehensive building to realize an annual output of 5,000 sets of wire harness terminal crimping dies and 200,000 sets of wire harness supporting equipment.

Founded in 2013, the company has been committed to R&D, design, production and processing of automotive wiring harness equipment, and innovative applications of crimping die, crimping machine, wire harness tie gun, repair tools, profile analyzer. As an innovative wire processing industry manufacturer providing high-quality solutions, Hebi Yuxiang help customers to implement economic and safe manufacturing process.

Currently, the company has 67 technical personnel, 12 engineering research and development personnel, and more than 30 sets of precision processing equipment. Based on the quality management system, the company seeks survival with quality and seeks development through innovation. It has subsequently won honorary titles of "high-tech enterprise, intelligent workshop, small and medium-sized S&T enterprise, and government quality award”. The company has successively established cooperative relations with domestic and foreign high-end wire harness manufacturers such as "Aptiv, Lear, Geely, Jinting, BYD", and the products are exported to South Korea, India, Malaysia and other countries. Guided by customer-oriented concept, the company has established offices in Shanghai, Chongqing and other regions to provide customers with pre-sales, in-sales, after-sales service.

At present, our series of tie gun products have successfully broken the monopoly of countries such as Europe, America and Japan and filled the gap in the domestic industry. We are determined to lead the R&D of wire harness crimping technology and tie gun to the international level in the next few years.
